I help people transform lived experience into social impact.

Through Impact Found Here, I create opportunities for individuals, communities and organisations to share their stories, strengthen connection and contribute to causes that matter. Through storytelling, fundraising initiatives, wearable impact experiences and community partnerships, I help make lived experience visible, valued and actionable.

My work is inspired by a belief that some of our greatest social innovations emerge from personal experiences we never would have chosen. The challenges we navigate often become the insights we can offer others.

My work sits at the intersection of lived experience, storytelling and community change, helping people turn their experiences into connection, contribution and meaningful impact.

My story

I’m Tracey.

A social impact practitioner, founder, writer, carer and late-diagnosed autistic woman.

I’ve spent years working alongside charities, social enterprises and communities helping people create positive change.

But the lessons that shaped me most came from life, from learning that some of our hardest experiences can become the very things that help others feel seen.

Today, everything I build is guided by one belief:

Impact isn’t reserved for organisations.

It belongs to everyday people too.

And sometimes the most powerful impact begins with a story.
