Every caring journey has a story worth carrying.

Behind every carer is a story of love, resilience, sacrifice and strength.

Through Stories We Carry, we're inviting carers across Western Australia to help co-design a community scarf inspired by the lived experiences of caring.

Whether you're a young carer, parent carer, family carer, kinship carer or someone supporting a loved one, your story matters.

Together, we'll create a wearable symbol of connection, recognition and hope.

About the Initiative

What is Stories We Carry?

Stories We Carry is Impact Found Here's national community co-design initiative.

Each project invites a community to contribute artwork, symbols, colours, words and messages of hope that are thoughtfully woven into one collaborative scarf.

Every collection becomes a lasting reminder that no one walks their journey alone and every scarf tells the story of the people who helped create it.
